Stories connect us. Out In Arizona chronicles the journeys of identity of six LGBTQ+ Arizonans: a pioneer of trans activism, a two-spirit member of the Hualapai Nation, a lesbian activist and mother, a gay man who is a Mexican immigrant, a transgender parent, and an intersex veteran.

Join Equality Arizona for this FREE EVENT at The Screening Room in Tucson on October 11th for the premiere of Out in Arizona–a film to share our stories and histories of being queer in Arizona.

The premiere event on National Coming Out Day will include a pre-screening reception with beverages and snacks, the film screening, and a Q&A with the filmmaker and documentary subjects.

Thank you to our amazing sponsors for making this event possible: Vitalyst Health Foundation, Arizona State University–Office of the Senior Vice President and Secretary of the University, the Law Office of Shannon Peters, Verde Verde LLC, the Hualapai Tribe Social Services Department, and the National Center for Lesbian Rights.
